Pineapple tart

This one is using mom's recipe of pineapple tarts. The basic recipe is  700gr flour, 200gr sugar, 500gr butter and 5 egg yolks, but during the process I did some adjustment. You might want to reduce a little sugar and add 50gr flour. The result ? SO GOOD. You may used all purpose flour, no need special cake flour. What's important for me is to use Lurpark salted butter only. Yes, I love this brand !!! You can buy it at any fruit store or hypermart, but the lowest price is at Diamond and the highest (that will surprise you) is at Lottemart.

I don't know how to call it, the basic recipe is Black Forest cake from http://www.schneiderchen.de. I just modify the upper layer without chocolate and a little fresh blueberries...
The recipe is so good and super easy. People should try and stick to the recipe.
