Nastang


Nastang? Gak salah tulis gw? Nastar kali?
hehehhe...NOP, I'm not making any spelling mistake. Nastang adalah akronim dr nastar Tangerang. Bingung? hahahahaa....ini resep yg gw dapet dr 1 situs resep Malaysia dan hasilnya kayak kue nastar buatan Cina-Tangerang, karena ngirit telur, cuman 1 1/2telur utk 300gr terigu, a bit of butter dan margarin. Buat gw sih enak-enak aja daripada nastar model sekarang yg lembek banget itu.
Bikin sendiri, muji sendiri. =)
Rp 50.000,- per toples. Tanpa leavening agent.
Catatan buat gw: jangan kebanyakan telur + terigu, malah gak enak. aaah...nanti coba resep Nyonya rumah Kompas ah. Semoga lebih enak

Applec scone


Just made it yesterday night. Should be perfect but I think it still half done. I should be baking it a little bit longer to golden brown instead just golden yellow. It's quite delicious although I don't really fancy the cinnamon but it gives a good aroma.
